These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCS”) govern the relationship between Cotton Cloud Store, whose registered office is located at [address], and any person (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) making a purchase through the website [www.cottoncloud-store.be] (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
By placing an order on the Website, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTCS without reservation.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Return costs are at the Customer’s expense, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
7. Warranty and Liability
