What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
What are the shipping costs?
For Belgium :
- Mondial Relay - Pick up in Point Relais or Locker: €3,99
- Home/Office delivery with Bpost (2-4 days after shipping): €7,50
- At one of our pickup points in Waterloo or in Braine l’Alleud (on request): Free
For Europe :
- Mondial Relay - Pick up in Point Relais or Locker: €6,99
- Home/Office delivery: €12,00

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within Europe however we are working on
expanding our shipping options !
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and if the product is in stock or on pre order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking
number by email. You can track your order on our website or via the carrier’s
website.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified within 2 hours after purchase.

What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be
unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the
customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracking shipping service to
ensure your return reaches us safely.
